Chase has been building homes since he was 16 years old — starting out alongside his parents in their custom home building business, learning the trade from the ground up. For sixteen years, building homes was a family affair. He later spent time in development, seeing the industry from a different angle before coming back to what he loves most: building homes, one family at a time.

Today, Chase is back where he started — building custom homes, this time alongside his wife, Nancy. Together, we bring twenty years of hands-on building experience and a genuine love for the craft to every home we create.
